4-star airport hotel with conference facilities and a full-service spa in Zanzibar
Accommodations
Each of the 65 rooms is individually decorated to reflect Zanzibari culture, with air conditioning and private bathrooms. Many rooms offer city views or runway views, and soundproof windows keep the room quiet despite airport proximity. Family rooms, as well as rooms with work desks and minibars, are available for business and leisure guests.
Dining
The hotel has two restaurants serving African, American, British, French, Indian, and international cuisine. Special diet menus are available, including halal and vegetarian options, plus a kid-friendly buffet and kids' meals. Breakfast is offered daily, and guests can order breakfast boxes for early departures or enjoy coffee at the on-site coffee house.
Wellness & Recreation
The full-service spa offers a range of treatments: back, neck, head, foot, and full body massages, plus spa and wellness packages with facilities such as a spa lounge and relaxation area. Two outdoor swimming pools - including an infinity pool with shallow end and sun umbrellas - are open year-round for guests. The fitness center has state-of-the-art equipment, and the hotel also arranges bike rentals, walking tours, and local culture classes.
Business & Events
Conference facilities can accommodate up to 1,000 participants, with art-filled meeting and event spaces designed for intimate gatherings. The business centre and meeting/banquet facilities are supported by concierge services that arrange local tours and activities. A 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and private check-in/check-out streamline the stay for business travelers.
Family & Convenience
The hotel provides kids' outdoor play equipment, baby safety gates, and babysitting services, making it a practical stop for families. A free airport shuttle runs to Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, located 0.5 km away, and free private parking is available on site. Other conveniences include a car rental desk, designated smoking areas, and wheelchair-accessible rooms with grab rails and lower bathroom sinks.
