Accommodations
Jambiani Villas operates three properties-Kaskazini, Katikati, and Kusini-each spaced 350 meters apart along the beach. Kaskazini offers four 2-bedroom villas for up to 5 guests each. Katikati has ocean-view villas and apartments, while Kusini provides two 3-bedroom villas hosting up to 7 guests. Every unit includes a terrace, seating area, and full kitchen. Daily housekeeping is standard.
Dining
Breakfast is served daily at the La Shira restaurant, located at the Katikati property. La Shira also serves lunch and dinner, and complimentary room service is available during restaurant hours. The restaurant offers a mix of local and foreign dishes, including a weekly Swahili buffet BBQ night with live music. Guests can also order groceries for delivery.
