All-Inclusive Concept & Dining

Tulia Zanzibar Unique Beach Resort operates a true all-inclusive policy with no signing bills or bracelets required. Guests dine on a la carte menus that change daily, with ingredients sourced from the resort's own organic farm. The Le Petit Chef dinner is held in Zanzibar's only wine cellar and combines a gourmet meal with video mapping.

Accommodations & Villas

The resort has 16 bungalows, including Seafront Luxury Villas with private pools and direct ocean views. Each unit is fitted with a private terrace, minibar, and Nespresso machine, and housekeeping services are provided twice daily. The Deluxe Garden Bungalows offer partial sea views and a hammock set within the tropical garden.

Wellness & Activities

The on-site Tranquility Body & Soul Spa offers a range of treatments, and each guest receives a complimentary one-hour massage during their stay. Yoga classes are included for all guests, and the fitness centre has a treadmill, bike, elliptical, and free weights up to 20 kg. Tulia Zanzibar is located directly on a private beach in Pongwe, with complimentary airport transfers provided both ways for every guest. Excursions to Mnemba Atoll for snorkeling, Prison Island's tortoise sanctuary, and Kuza Cave for cultural experiences are arranged by the resort. The beach remains untouched and less crowded than other parts of Zanzibar, and the property offers rock shoes for low-tide walks.
